The cold January weather and frosty delays weren't the only things "CRISP" at Poppy Ridge, as Eugene Dizon shot a
clean, crisp 74 (net 65) to ice the rest of the 41-player field.
(Uh oh ... looks like the 2011 BAP Champ is ready to pick up right where he left off!)  Second place Low Net honors went to John Correia with an 88 (net 67), followed by a tie for 3rd between Gene Booth (86 net 68) and Peter Coffee (89 net 68.)

  • Pay attention to your partners shots,
  • Keep up with the group in front of you,
  • Limit time using your GPS when not needed,
  • Be ready to play when you get to your ball,
  • Bring an extra club.

A Thank You, to you Bob ...

 

     For all of those who attended the year end event at The Brass Door, you likely already know that Bob Harley has stepped down as Club President.  
This ... after 12 years of dedicated service as not only one of the founders of the Bay Area Pinseekers, but it’s only President in it's history.  Bob will be taking the position of Past President on the Board of Directors.

Bob Jardin was elected to the position of President for 2012, while the balance of the Board continues to serve in their same capacities as in 2011.  The By Laws were unanimously changed to add the Webmaster to the Board of Directors as a non voting member.

We, the Board, feel Bob has been instrumental in growing our club.  More importantly, he has been the driving force in developing the stature of our club as we, the Bay Area Pinseekers Golf Club are now thought of as one of the truly successful paper clubs in Northern California!

Thank you Bob ... for everything!!
